Please have your photo ID • Free check cashing provided both dates

Located at the Blackhawk Center Gym

8am – 10am: Elders Only

10am – 7pm – For other tribal adults that selected check pick-up option

For those unable to pick-up your check during the distribution dates, the checks will be mailed out the week of December 9th.

Checks not cashed by 12-31-24 will not be reissued.
