TRIBAL ACTIVE WARRANTS
For the month of July, the Tribal Court will be offering amnesty to anyone who has a warrant for outstanding fines, court costs, probation fees, or restitution. Anyone with such a warrant may appear at the Tribal Court and request the warrant be vacated and a new payment schedule put into place.
Those requesting such amnesty must appear at the Tribal Court during normal business hours from Monday to Thursday. You must have a mailing address, and you should be aware that other hearings may be occurring and you may need to wait to see a judge.
This amnesty is only available for warrants that involve fines, court costs, probation fees, or restitution. Warrants for any other reason are not subject to this amnesty.
