Education Pathways to Student Success
The Education Pathways to Student Success (EPSS) Program is a 5-year grant provided to the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska to offer education options for the primary and secondary students in the Winnebago community. EPSS provides programming for students in grades 4th – 12th grade. Program options are available and provided through partnership agreements with various organizations throughout the Winnebago community. Current partners include: Ho-Chunk Community Impact & Engagement Department, Boys & Girls Club of the Hocak Nisoc Haci, and the Winnebago Public School.
Options available are:
- Reading Club Program
- Science Club and Science Fair Program
- After School Program
- Six-Week Summer School Program, which includes one week of Culture Camp
- Apprenticeship Program for High School Juniors and Seniors
- Other options could be provided depending on student need and parent request.
