Movement is Medicine Walk

Even when it’s chilly, we need the fresh air and sunshine. Just 10 minutes outdoors can boost our mental wellness and wellbeing. Bundle up and walk some laps with us.

The first 150 participants will receive a sweatshirt!

Snacks will be provided!

Our challenge: How many laps can you walk in 10 minutes?
