Back to School Carnival Minion Theme

Inviting any tribal department or agency to have an outreach table with a game and prizes. Carnival will take place from 3pm-6pm and the movie begins at 6pm. Bring your own lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a great end of summer event with the family!
