- All holidays and holiday worked hours are added automatically by the system with the final timecard update done at 2:00AM Sunday morning after the end of the pay period. Even if you’ve approved your timecards - double check Sunday morning for additional items to approve.
-Do not enter Admin in place of Holiday pay or holiday worked hours, if an employee is missing a holiday on their time card, send an email to payroll@winnebagotribe.com and payroll will fix the timecard.
-If a salary person works during break the employee needs to clock in and out or an actual shift has to be entered in by the supervisor for holiday worked to be added.

Sex Offender Registration Notification Act (SORNA):
The Winnebago Tribal SORNA Office will be off for the break/ holiday and may be contacted to provide support to Department Staff on an as needed basis. During Mon-Friday 8am-5pm, SORNA personnel may be available on an as needed basis to register offenders that may be coming to visit during the break and comply with registration requirements of the SORNA.
