Career Technical Education Program
201 Ho-Chunk Plaza, Unit 8
Winnebago, NE 680718:00 AM to 4:30 PM
The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Project is a grant funded project that supports efforts to low-income Native American participants (ages 18+) in the Winnebago community that will fill high demand and/or high wage jobs in Winnebago, Nebraska. We are currently accepting applications from enrolled tribal members from ANY Federally Recognized tribe rising in Thurston, Dakota, and Woodbury County.
Please note, if you plan to utilize the Higher Education Program, you are automatically ineligible for CTE services, since the services are very similar. You do have the choice to choose one of the other.
For more guidance, please contact LaTeasha Bass, CTE Project Director or Rana Merrick, Higher Education Community Outreach Education Specialist.
If there are any questions regarding CTE eligibility or application status, please contact our general email: [email protected]
We currently partner with:
- Little Priest Tribal College
- Iowa School of Beauty
- St. Luke’s College
- Northeast Community College
- Western Iowa Tech Community College
- Nebraska Indian Community College (South Sioux and Macy campus ONLY)
