The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Project is a grant funded project that supports efforts to low-income adult Native American participants (ages 18+) in the Winnebago area that will fill high demand and/or high wage jobs in Winnebago, Nebraska.

   

The CTE Project is partnering with nearby educational institutions such as:

  • Western Iowa Tech Community College
  • Iowa School of Beauty
  • St. Lukes College
  • Little Priest Tribal College
  • Northeast Community College

The CTE Project provides direct assistance to any eligible CTE participant. These assistances include:

  • Tuition assistance for up to $2,028
  • Childcare assistance
  • Milage for getting to and from class
  • Stipends for class attendance
  • Class supplies assistance
